    Our Hiring Process

    Setep 1:

    The Job Search

The industry we work in is versatile and highly demanding. Hence, we are constantly on the lookout for new talent. We believe in harnessing the skills of our defence officers and have multiple technical and non-technical positions available. In addition, we also have openings in administration and back-office functions, including accounts, HR, office administration, and commercial roles.

The best way to learn about job openings at Navitech Engineering is to upload or email your resume. Once we receive it, your details are entered into our candidate database for potential matches. We encourage you to regularly update your resume. It typically takes up to one week for us to identify the most suitable profile.

    Step 2:

    Credentials Review
At Navitech Engineering, we are interested in your abilities and talents. To understand what sets you apart, our recruiting team assesses your qualifications against the requirements of the position. We identify the ‘best fit’ candidates whose education, experience, and skills match the role. This process may take up to one week, after which we provide feedback.

    Step 3:

    The Interview
Candidates are interviewed by functional managers and heads of departments from the relevant area of expertise. Navitech Engineering uses a behavior-based interview process to assess your education, skills, abilities, and experience as they relate to the position. We also evaluate your personal and professional competencies compared to the critical success factors for the role. During the interview, you may be asked to share actual experiences that demonstrate your skills and competencies.

    Step 4:

    The Selection Decision
By the end of the process, we have a clear understanding of your strengths as a candidate. We then select the individual most qualified for the position. Because we know this is important to you, our goal is to always communicate our decisions in a timely manner.
